If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out directly!
1. How do I book a service?
All services are booked directly through this website. Select an offering, schedule your session, and submit payment securely online.
2. What happens after I book?
Each booking begins with a 40-minute Zoom session where we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and desired outcomes. Depending on your service, additional sessions may be included at no extra charge.
3. How long will my service take?
-
Curriculum design: Up to 2 months
-
Workshop design & facilitation: Up to 1 month
-
Coaching: Varies based on your needs
4. What’s your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee.
5. Do you offer student discounts?
Yes. Reduced rates are available for current students and recent graduates with proof of enrollment or degree completion. Look for the “Student and New Grad” services when booking!
6. Are your services taxable?
Only physical products and shipping are subject to 9.25-10% CA sales tax.
7. Do you offer in-person sessions?
Currently, all services are offered virtually via Zoom. On occasion, in-person requests may be possible and may include additional fees.
8. How can I contact you with questions?
Email me anytime at kohocurriculum@gmail.com. You can also call (408) 647-6320 — though I’m most available on weekends outside of my weekday work schedule.
9. What if I don’t know which service I need?
That’s okay! Start by booking a coaching session. We’ll use the time to clarify your goals and decide whether curriculum design, workshop support, or ongoing coaching best fits your needs.
10. Do you work with organizations as well as individuals?
Yes. I partner with schools, nonprofits, and companies to design and facilitate workshops or develop curriculum tailored to their communities.
11. What is your approach or philosophy?
My work is rooted in liberatory and student-centered education. I prioritize accessibility, care, and collaboration—so you leave with resources and strategies that feel sustainable and aligned with your vision.
12. Can I request a customized service?
Absolutely. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out and we can design a package or session that works for you.

13. When are you available to respond to messages or meet for sessions?
I work full-time and commute during the week, so my Koho Curriculum availability is limited. I am in Pacific Standard Time (PST) and have a small window during weekday lunch hours (12:00–1:00 PM) that you may see reflected in my booking calendar. Most of my availability is reserved for weekends. While I do my best to respond as soon as I can, please know that weekday replies may be delayed.
